Our project, E19 Duplex, was the first duplex in Vancouver to be labelled Net Zero by the Canadian Home Building Association. Outfitted with solar panels, Net Zero homes are designed to produce as much energy as they consume over the course of one year. They are energy efficient, ensure exceptional day-to-day comfort and air quality, and have been proven to reduce homeowner utility bills.

Founder & Principal
Charlie Keay founded Deso Properties in 2020 with a desire to build things differently. His passion for design and commitment to sustainable buildings are shared by the teams he surrounds himself with. Charlie and his young family reside in the Main Street area of Vancouver. He is grateful to be able to live and create in the communities he loves.
